Remanufacturing Process

Every off-highway transmission, torque converter, differential, axle, final drive, drop box, transfer case, hydraulic component, PTO, pump drive & brake is remanufactured using a standard industrialized re-manufacturing process and includes (where relevant):

  • Genuine seal and gasket kits
  • Genuine bearing kits
  • All friction materials
  • Full inspection and replacement of any part not meeting factory standards
  • Dynamometer full torque & horsepower testing
  • Testing for pressure, leaks, noise and brake settings
  • Lapping of wear surfaces on computerized lapping machines
