Cooler Lines & Air Hose
Confirm there are no leaks
Confirm tightness of all connections
Confirm correct routing of all lines
Throttle Sensor
Confirm proper adjustment
Confirm proper routing of cable and harness
Driveline
Confirm proper indexing of universal joints
Confirm drive shaft angles are within recommendations
Check for excessive driveline backlash
Ensure slip and universal joints are lubricated
Hydraulic System
Confirm usage of recommended fluid – TransSynd™ or DEXRON-III
Ensure dipstick is properly calibrated
Confirm tightness of fill tube cap
Confirm tightness of fill tube
Confirm breather is clean and free of restrictions
During operation, inspect for fluid leaks
Instruments & Electrical Components
Confirm proper and functional wiring and electrical connections
Inspect instruments, gauges and lights to ensure proper function
Confirm shift selector display is on and “CHECK TRANS” light is off
Confirm proper function of fluid temperature gauge
Power Takeoff (PTO) if installed
Confirm controls are connected and functional
Confirm correct coupling to driven equipment
Confirm transmission lube line is properly routed and connected if applicable
