¯ SIGNING UP TO ORDER PARTS ONLINE

                    Account No: Type in your TransAxle credit account number.

Branch Code: Select the branch that you usually deal with or the one that is most conveniently located. The corresponding "branch code" (e.g. A, B, etc.) is used along with your account number to login into the order online system.

Username: Enter any name you would like to use to identify yourself.

Password: Select a password you would like to use. Restricted to a maximum of 8 characters.

r Please complete the remaining fields as indicated. Applications are usually be processed within 4 business hours, at which time you will be notified by e-mail that your online account has been activated.

 

¯LOG ON TO ORDER PARTS

After entering your username to access the online system, the following screen appears with these four fields:

Branch Code and Account No: In the “Branch” box enter the code for the branch you selected during the sign up process (e.g. “A” or “B”, etc.). Then enter your TransAxle account number in the “Customer No.” box.

Password: Type in the password you selected during the sign up process (not case sensitive).

Part Number: Enter the part number you are searching for. If you are not sure of the exact number, you will be able to scroll through a series of parts to help find the item you are looking for.

r If a part is not available at your branch, the system will display which of our other branches have it in stock. Once your order is received, we will have the part shipped to your local branch as soon as possible.

r You may also order a part that the system shows is not in stock at any of our branches. Once your order is received we will determine if it can be special ordered for you.

 

¯SEARCHING FOR PARTS

Here are a few general guidelines for part number searches:

r If the first part number you looked up is not the right one, you can continue your search by either clicking on NEXT to go to the next part number or SCROLL to view the next 20 part numbers along with their descriptions.

r If you clicked on SCROLL, note the listed part number(s) you're interested in and begin a new part search (i.e. click on NEW SEARCH).

r Part number searches will work with or without the two-letter prefix that is displayed in the parts lookup screens. For example, a search for part number BX800135 or 800135 will display the same information.

r Can't find the right part number? Perhaps our parts cross-reference system will help you. Click here to look up the truck parts you need.

r If you're having a problem identifying the correct number for the part you need, please call us at 1-800-257-0444 and speak to our experienced sales staff.

 

¯FINALIZING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is finalized and submitted to TransAxle, you will be promptly notified by telephone to advise when the part(s) you ordered will be available for pickup or delivery. At this time you can indicate your preference for delivery or pickup.

r Online purchases will be charged directly to your TransAxle credit account.
